SDG 10: Reduced inequalities

We work to promote a more inclusive and diverse workplace. This helps create a more inclusive society by employing people excluded from the job market.

  • UN SDG Target 10.2 – Empower and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic or other status.

Ongoing activities:

  • Defined gender targets for Country Management
  • Further developed the business and budget process to also include diversity and inclusion, meaning that all of our 18 countries need to define targets within this area.
  • In 2025, the Executive Management Team reached a gender ratio of 67% female and 33% male, which is in line with our ambition on gender equality.
