Christian Wächter, who has served as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) since October 2023, will be stepping down from his role to pursue new challenges outside the Group. Prior to his tenure as CTO, Wächter held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) within the Group since March 2022.
