As previously disclosed Polygon AB (the "Company") has successfully completed a subsequent issue of EUR 60,000,000 3M EURIBOR + 5.00% notes (the “Subsequent Notes”) which will be issued in denominations of EUR 100,000 under the terms and conditions of the up to EUR 180,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes (ISIN SE0005878535) originally dated 14 April 2014 and as amended 29 June 2016 and as amended and restated on 26 October 2016 (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Polygon AB (publ) announces a consent solicitation for its outstanding up to maximum EUR 180,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes due 2019 with a current outstanding total nominal amount of EUR 120,000,000 (ISIN SE0005878535) (the "Notes").

Polygon Canada has achieved an important milestone with the signing of their first franchisee. Mr. Francis Cadieux will be the owner and operator of Polygon Lower Laurentians. This signifies the beginning of a strategic initiative that will allow Polygon to serve our customers where they live, work and operate their business across Canada.
