Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire RecoSan GmbH (“RecoSan”)in Germany. RecoSan is a complete property damage restoration company, with a focus on fire damage restoration. The acquisition will add 120 employees and a turnover of around 16 MEUR.
A pharmacy in the south of the Netherlands was exposed to the coronavirus when an infected customer visited. They contacted their cleaning company which in turn reached out to Polygon to carry out the disinfection.
Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire Recotech in Italy. Recotech is a property damage restoration company specialized in water- and fire damage restoration and major and complex claims. The company has a turnover of 5 MEUR and around 40 employees.
Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire UTG in Luxembourg. UTG is a growing entrepreneurial company focused on fire damage restoration and asbestos removal with 15 employees and annual sales of about 1.5 MEUR.
After a rubbish bin caught fire outside a school in Montigny-lès-Cormeilles, north of Paris, Polygon France was called in. The fire spread through the corridor and then into the building, creating a major disaster.
