SustainLane, a site filled with how-tos and tips about sustainable living, completed a study on the 50 largest cities in he U.S. and ranked which are most at risk for a disaster. The study, conducted with Risk Management Solutions, examined hurricanes, hail, tornadoes, flooding, the extent of damage, and the frequency of disaster.

FEMA suggests all businesses create a manual that include information that can be easily accessed should they experience a disaster. This manual would help business owners recover after such an event no matter the size of the company.
