Polygon AB (publ) has today published its Annual Report for 2020 including Sustainability report.
Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire Kaph Entreprenør AS (“Kaph”) in Norway. Kaph is a property damage restoration company specialized in Project management, Water Damage Restoration, and Reconstruction with a high digital focus. The acquisition will add 220 highly professional employees and a turnover of around 46 MEUR.
In the middle of the Easter celebrations, a large fire broke out at Keolis in Denmark, both in the bus workshop and in the administration building.
