Due to heavy rain in Fredrikstad, Polygon needed all the help they could get. When people from offices all over Norway weren’t enough, Denmark and the Netherlands came to the rescue.
Polygon has acquired all the shares in its franchise company Polygon Haugesund AS. The company will add 14 employees to Polygon and a turnover of about 1.8 MEUR.
Polygon has acquired AMRestore in the US. The acquisition will add 29 employees and a turnover of about 2.5 M$.
