Polygon was recognised at the recent British Damage Management Awards’ for its commitment to sustainable property damage management. Organised by the British Damage Management Association every two years, Polygon was the winner in the ‘Environmental Initiative’ category. The award has only been offered twice and both times has been won by Polygon.

In light of the recent floods that have affected homes and businesses in Cumbria, Polygon, the European market leader in property damage restoration, has opened two new temporary depots in Carlisle. The main 4,000 square foot depot was operational within three days of the flood hitting and fully stocked with an array of drying equipment in less than a week. This equipment is now in the process of being deployed to homes and businesses within the community.

Luc Hendriks has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Polygon AB and replaces the current Chairman effective today.

Polygon announces that Erik-Jan Jansen, age 49, has been appointed new CEO of the Polygon Group, taking over the post from Michael Berg who has decided to seek new challenges outside the company.
