When you’re responsible for processing around 17,000 tons of brussels sprouts every year, it’s essential that each individual vegetable is kept in peak condition as it makes its way from the field to the supply chain and, ultimately, onto a dinner table. When heavy seasonal rainfall caused processing problems for one major vegetable grower, Polygon UK stepped in to help find a solution.

Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire SAT France and SAT Luxembourg specialized in asbestos removal and decontamination. The two companies have approximately 110 employees and annual sales of 10 MEUR.

Polygon in Finland has signed an agreement to acquire Saneeraustekniikka Sartek Oy (“Sartek”) in the Northern part of Finland. Sartek is a property damage restoration company with specialties within Water damage restoration, Indoor air Quality, Reconditioning and Asbestos.
