As previously disclosed Polygon AB (the "Company") has successfully completed a subsequent issue of EUR 60,000,000 3M EURIBOR + 5.00% notes (the “Subsequent Notes”) which will be issued in denominations of EUR 100,000 under the terms and conditions of the up to EUR 180,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes (ISIN SE0005878535) originally dated 14 April 2014 and as amended 29 June 2016 and as amended and restated on 26 October 2016 (the “Terms and Conditions”).

The event has been led by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) since its inception in 1973. The theme for World Environment Day on June 5th 2023 will focus on solutions to plastic pollution under the campaign #BeatPlasticPollution.

On 31 March Polygon Sweden acquired Villaklimat OBM AB in Malmö. The acquisition further strengthens Polygons market position in the Skåne region.
