Polygon in France strengthen its market position and geographical footprint with the acquisition of BMS Global Sinistres (BMS). BMS is a property damage restoration company focused on Major and Complex Claims and specialized in Demolition and Reconstruction services. The acquisition will add 120 professionals and annual sales of about 12 MEUR.

Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire Caption Data Limited, which Polygon has been a minority owner and customer to since 2010. Together they offer end-to-end environmental monitoring solutions for indoor air quality, leak detection, toxic gas monitoring, and energy management under the technology product brand ExactAire®. The acquisition facilitates a closer, stronger relationship with a shared objective to deliver innovative and effective IoT solutions to clients needing real-time environmental data and control to reach their economic, ESG and IAQ goals.

Polygon Germany acquired Celler Trocknungs Service GmbH on September 1st, 2022. The company, based in Celle, currently employs ten people and offers services for water damage removal and construction drying, in addition to leak detection.

Polygon has acquired VANWAARDE in Netherlands with retroactive effect on January 1st 2019. The acquisition will strengthen Polygon Netherlands position in the area of document restoration.

Polygon has acquired Bretagne Assèchement, Bretagne Assèchement Nord and Normandie Assistance in France. The acquisition will add around 50 employees with reported annual sales of EUR 5 million.
