Polygon has acquired 100% of All Consulting Service in Italy from its parent company All Consulting Group. All Consulting Services is specialized on small/mid-sized claims business, primarily in the residential housing area for leading insurance partners. With this acquisition, Polygon continues its strategic plan of growth and full range service offer in Italy. For Polygon Group this represents an attractive add-on for their customers in Italy, after the acquisition of Recotech in 2020.

The acquisition of Caliber Sanering Sverige AB marks an important strategic step in Polygon Sweden’s service line expansion.

Polygon in Finland has signed an agreement to acquire Saneeraustekniikka Sartek Oy (“Sartek”) in the Northern part of Finland. Sartek is a property damage restoration company with specialties within Water damage restoration, Indoor air Quality, Reconditioning and Asbestos.

Polygon France has won the bidding process to acquire employees, locations, customers, and projects from Uni Promotion, based in Paris. The transaction is a prepacked sales deal within a judicial reorganization procedure in the context of a potential bankruptcy of Uni Promotion. The goals of this procedure are to safe jobs and the assets of the company. Uni Promotion has been a well-known property damage restoration company with specialties in Leak detection and Reconstruction services.

In Finland, several regulations and guidelines governing construction have been revised over the past five years. These Ministry of the Environment regulations are compulsory for both new construction projects and renovations. The Finance Finland Association's general guidelines on the subject are around 15 years old, and in some cases are outdated. As a result, experts were called upon to assist with Building Damage Investigations and Repair Guidance.
