As per the 1st of November Polygon closed the acquisition of Nettag AG. The acquisition adds 35 employees and annual sales of about 4.5 MEUR to Polygon in Switzerland.

Polygon Indoor Air services is offering Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The IoT is the heart of innovative social development, where we place wireless sensors at sites that measure factors from air, to structures and casting. Our solutions contain everything from planning to alarm services. We monitor homes and construction sites and the sensors measure temperature, CO2, TVOC, moisture, humidity, dew point, particles, absolute humidity and air pressure. Everything is measured and monitored by modern dashboards which are easy to read by customers and service providers.

Polygon-owned Hiotlabs signed a collaboration agreement with Labtrino AB. This collaboration utilizing Labtrino’s technology that is both easy to install and use, will make Polygon an even more attractive choice when it comes to preventing water damage.

Polygon has joined forces with academic and industry partners in the construction sector to overcome the sustainability challenge presented by moisture damage in wooden buildings.

In November 2017, a devastating fire broke out in a property on Biblioteksgatan in central Stockholm, Sweden. The interior of a historic property was completely destroyed, while thankfully the stone façade, inspired by medieval architecture, remained. Work has now begun to build a new property inside the unique 120-year-old façade. The property owner, Hufvudstaden, has hired Polygon Sweden as the environmental coordinator and an advisor in moisture safety in this significant and spectacular project.
