Polygon Germany has acquired Gerüstbau Engels GmbH to extend its nationwide scaffolding capabilities.
Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire SAT France and SAT Luxembourg specialized in asbestos removal and decontamination. The two companies have approximately 110 employees and annual sales of 10 MEUR.

All three companies belong to the Polygon Group and this collaboration will strengthen both human and physical equipment resources when handling large claims.
