Last year POLYGONVATRO in Germany intensified the “Young Talents” project with 43 promising young people. This proved to be a success, so this year an additional 37 new young people started their training programme at POLYGONVATRO.
When a fire ravaged the Switzerland-based factory, Polygon was given responsibility for clean-up and restoration of the production facility. Through cross-border collaboration, rapid response and dedication, parts of production were back up and running only four days after the fire.
“Die Welt” has been working with “ServiceValue” for many years to systematically investigate the service quality of German companies from a customer standpoint. This year, customers rated their best service experiences by judging a total of 4,053 companies in 384 different industries. POLYGONVATRO in Germany came out on top as the best restoration service in our industry, and were also named as a Service Champion based on customers’ service experiences.
The worldwide coronavirus situation is taking a huge toll on people and businesses. We are facing a major challenge, but are also seeing opportunities to innovate, do things differently and in more sustainable ways.
Polygon remains one of the very few companies in the UK who have achieved Green status which is the highest award that can be achieved. With approximately 87,000 companies registered by Achilles, only 10-20 of these companies achieve Green status.
