Polygon Germany acquired Celler Trocknungs Service GmbH on September 1st, 2022. The company, based in Celle, currently employs ten people and offers services for water damage removal and construction drying, in addition to leak detection.
Polygon Sweden acquires Probaco Sanering i Värmland AB (Probaco Sanering), a property damage restoration company with 25 employees and annual sales of about 2,6 MEUR. This acquisition will strengthen Polygon Sweden’s fire damage restoration service line.
Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire SAT France and SAT Luxembourg specialized in asbestos removal and decontamination. The two companies have approximately 110 employees and annual sales of 10 MEUR.
Polygon Denmark step in to help clean up a zoo after a fire breaks out. Not only did the Denmark team do a great job, but they also got the opportunity to witness a giraffe giving birth to its calf.
