Polygon has acquired The Plastic Surgeon Holdings Limited in UK on 10th May 2019. The acquisition will strengthen Polygon UK’s position in the area of property restoration and hard surface repairs. The acquisition will add 239 employees and annual sales of £13 million.
Polygon has acquired Tiedema in Netherlands on January 1, 2019. The acquisition will strengthen Polygon Netherlands position in the areas of Leak detection and Temporary climate solutions.
POLYGONVATRO has signed an agreement to acquire TKL GmbH in Germany. TKL offers Temporary Climate Solutions for industrial customers and the acquisition will add a turnover of around 2 MEUR.
