Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire Kaph Entreprenør AS (“Kaph”) in Norway. Kaph is a property damage restoration company specialized in Project management, Water Damage Restoration, and Reconstruction with a high digital focus. The acquisition will add 220 highly professional employees and a turnover of around 46 MEUR.

Montreal, Canada – June 14, 2012 Polygon - Canada has today announced the acquisition of Lora Construction, a leading company specializing in the renovation of properties damaged by fire, water or natural disaster.

Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire the shares of Nettag AG. The acquisition will add 35 employees and a turnover of about 4.5 MEUR.

Polygon Sweden acquires Probaco Sanering i Värmland AB (Probaco Sanering), a property damage restoration company with 25 employees and annual sales of about 2,6 MEUR. This acquisition will strengthen Polygon Sweden’s fire damage restoration service line.
