At an extraordinary general meeting of Polygon AB (publ), a new board was elected.
Polygon announced today the appointment of a new CFO Martin Hamner who will start as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1st 2019. The current CFO Mats Norberg is going on retirement on May 1st, 2019.
