Polygon France has won the bidding process to acquire employees, locations, customers, and projects from Uni Promotion, based in Paris. The transaction is a prepacked sales deal within a judicial reorganization procedure in the context of a potential bankruptcy of Uni Promotion. The goals of this procedure are to safe jobs and the assets of the company. Uni Promotion has been a well-known property damage restoration company with specialties in Leak detection and Reconstruction services.

Polygon Switzerland strengthens its property damage restoration (PDR) business by acquiring Odermatt Group. Odermatt Group is a leading provider in the Swiss market with excellent services, specialized in window repairs and replacement. Annual sales are about CHF 20 million with 65 employees. With this strategic acquisition Polygon strengthens its growth strategy in the small as well as large claims business in Switzerland, by leveraging on Odermatt’s unique skill sets and complementary customer base.

ISS Damage Control is one of the top three providers of damage restoration services in the UK with a key focus on Major and Complex Claims, commercial and non-domestic customers. In 2001, ISS acquired a small property damage restoration business, which grew significantly and was branded Damage Control in 2010. The business currently has revenues of approximately 15 MEUR with a team of around 100 employees.
