At the beginning of summer last year, large parts of Europe were hit by torrential rainfalls. Roads were washed out. Tens of thousands of people had to be evacuated. Tragic deaths were reported. Schools and public services had to be shut down. In disasters like this, efforts have to be carried out immediately and effectively to save people and property. The very scale of the disaster puts special emphasis on organising the actions in a strategic way.

An American healthy frozen meals company had an unhealthy moisture issue to deal with at their main location. In their production room, condensation was dripping from the ceiling. And the cooling coils were freezing due to excess heat and humidity from adjacent areas. Not very surprisingly, the US Department of Agriculture was stepping in, threatening to shut down production.

The last quarter of the year is typically our strongest. Although this year is no exception to that rule, the increase in adjusted EBITA by 35% was even higher than expected.
