Back in 2015-2017, Polygon’s indoor air researchers identified issues in Vääksy, a co-educational property, owned by the municipality of Asikkala, in Finland. Indoor air and structural surveys, conducted by Polygon at the time, identified conditions that would suggest there was an indoor air problem in the premises.
In 2013 the Siegerland motorway church was built next to the Bundesautobahn 45 in Germany. The church has always been open for prayers 24-hours a day, but recently the brilliant white exterior façade has suffered from environmental impacts. Over time there has also been damage to other areas, such as the edges of the towers. Today, eight years later, the church façade is to be renovated.

When one of its apartment complexes experienced an outbreak of mould, housing corporation Elkien immediately turned to Polygon. On completion of the mould treatment it wasn’t just the residents who breathed a sigh of relief, but also Elkien’s maintenance manager, Eise Fokkema.
