Polygon has today acquired the shares of Alvisa Holding AG. Alvisa 24 is one of the market leaders in Switzerland, specialized in Fire damage restoration and Major & complex claims with a turnover of around 11 MEUR and 67 employees.

Mould is present all around us every day, but scaremongering about its dangerous effects on people and property is increasing. In properties affected by water damage, a positive mould test can be a real worry and also exploited by some companies to make money. But how can we even rely on these tests and does a positive test really mean someone is in danger? These are some questions Polygon is trying to figure out.

Polygon has been awarded two of Tritons Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) awards despite stiff competition from Triton’s other portfolio companies. These awards emphasise the company´s increased environmental activities, and confirms our commitment to ensuring compliance as we engage with the governance agenda.

Discarded, damaged furniture that is in a condition where it is not profitable to renovate is now getting a new lease of life thanks to a recycling project in Polygon Denmark. In the future, this is hopefully an initiative we will see being introduced across Polygon, globally.

A new Technical Centre has been opened in Magdeburg, in order for POLYGONVATRO to respond more efficiently when their support is needed. With this new centre, POLYGONVATRO will be able to take on new missions, across new areas of Germany and keep spreading their knowledge and services.
