Following the acquisition of Caliber Sanering Sverige AB on April 1, Polygon continues to strengthen the fire service line in Sweden with the acquisition of Refix Skadesanering AB on October 1. The acquisition will add 30 permanent employees and a significant numbers of temporary employees and annual sales of 30 million SEK.

POLYGONVATRO has signed an agreement to acquire RHD Recycling-Hof Duisburg GmbH (“RHD”) in Germany, focused on demolition and contaminated restoration. RHD has 40 employees and annual sales of around 16 MEUR.

Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire SAT France and SAT Luxembourg specialized in asbestos removal and decontamination. The two companies have approximately 110 employees and annual sales of 10 MEUR.

Polygon Norway has signed an agreement to acquire Skadegruppen AS, a subsidiary of Coor Service Management. The acquisition will add more than 200 employees and annual sales of NOK 250 million to our network.

Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire the shares of Tehokuivaus Oy. The acquisition will strengthen Polygon Finland in the area of water and fire damage restoration and add around 60 employees and a turnover of around 7 MEUR.
