POLYGONVATRO has signed an agreement to acquire RHD Recycling-Hof Duisburg GmbH (“RHD”) in Germany, focused on demolition and contaminated restoration. RHD has 40 employees and annual sales of around 16 MEUR.
POLYGONVATRO has signed an agreement to acquire TKL GmbH in Germany. TKL offers Temporary Climate Solutions for industrial customers and the acquisition will add a turnover of around 2 MEUR.
Polygon has today acquired Asbest Cleaning Services bvba (“ACLS”) in Belgium. ACLS is a Property Damage Restoration company with services including demolition and asbestos removal. The acquisition adds 20 employees and revenues of around 4 MEUR.
Polygon DB has signed a contract with Usisaats in Greenland. Usisaats specialise in moving and relocation services. They are a local partner for domestic and international goods transport to and from Greenland.
An electrical fault on a lighting unit sparked a fire at a Grade I listed Church containing religious artefacts from the 15th century. Polygonvatro quickly carried out profiling work to establish the spread of the contamination and determine which areas were in immediate danger of deterioration caused by the smoke damage.
