AEA Investors acquires Polygon from Triton

Funds advised by Triton Partners (“Triton”) have signed an agreement to sell Polygon Holding AB (“Polygon”) to funds managed by AEA Investors LP (“AEA”). AEA, together with the management team, will acquire 100 percent ownership of Polygon. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to occur in Q4 2021.

Car fire in parking garage prompts emergency response from Polygon DB

9/28/2021

An automatic sprinkler system was activated in a parking garage in Hellerup, situated just north of Copenhagen in Denmark. A short time after, another automatic smoke alarm was activated in a store in the same building. Heavy smoke was discovered, and additional assistance was required immediately. Forty firefighters took control of the fire and Polygon Emergency Services were called in to assist.

Cross-border collaboration in catastrophic weather conditions

The fact that Europe was hit hard by storms and floods this summer, with some areas suffering the worst devastation in decades is undeniable.
