Plastic Surgeon’s sustainable damage management approach is helping Zurich to achieve this environmental agenda by restoring instead of replacing damaged items, reducing its impact on the environment.

Polygon strengthens its market position in the Netherlands with the acquisition of ACI-Groep (“ACI”). ACI is a property damage restoration company and the acquisition will add around 60 employees and revenues of around 7 MEUR.

1st of November 2021, Polygon Sweden AB acquired BM Fuktteknik AB. The company provides services within dehumidification as well as consultancy services in connection with water related damages, a perfect fit into the core of Swedish operations which are Water Damage Restoration and Temporary Climate Solutions services.

Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire Kaph Entreprenør AS (“Kaph”) in Norway. Kaph is a property damage restoration company specialized in Project management, Water Damage Restoration, and Reconstruction with a high digital focus. The acquisition will add 220 highly professional employees and a turnover of around 46 MEUR.

POLYGONVATRO has signed an agreement to acquire RHD Recycling-Hof Duisburg GmbH (“RHD”) in Germany, focused on demolition and contaminated restoration. RHD has 40 employees and annual sales of around 16 MEUR.
