Polygon AB has resolved to change the publication date of the interim report 1 January – 30 September 2016 from 11 November 2016 to 14 October 2016.
The combination of an average weather pattern, effects from last year’s restructuring and good underlying growth has manifested itself during 2016 in improved earnings.
On 13 June 2016 a summons to initiate a written procedure for the noteholders to consider a request to permit a debt reorganisation of the Polygon group was announced. The purpose of the debt reorganisation is to strengthen the balance sheet of PolygonVatro GmbH (“PolygonVatro”) and to better reflect the revenue profile of the group on an entity-by- entity basis.
