In September, Polygon entered the Italian market through the acquisition of Recotech, a property damage restoration company who specialise in water- and fire damage restoration and Major & Complex Claims.
Polygon in Finland acquired Tehokuivaus Oy in the second quarter of 2019 to strengthen Finland in the area of water and fire restoration. The acquisition paid off. Soon after the acquisition Polygon got the huge assignment to restore Keskuskartano in Pori. Keskuskartano was the largest rental house in the Nordic countries when it was built in early 1960´s.
POLYGONVATRO has acquired SMD in Siegen, Germany. The acquisition will add 75 employees and a turnover of about 8 MEUR. SMD is a full range property damage restoration company.
POLYGONVATRO in the German city of Oberhausen has started a collaboration with Lebenshilfe, an organization that supports disabled people and their families in everyday life. Thanks to the collaboration, 25-year-old Daniel from Oberhausen has now got a long-awaited job - and POLYGONVATRO an employee who has enriched the workplace in more ways than one.
Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire Armor Air Services (“AAS”) in France. The acquisition will strengthen Polygon France in the temporary climate solution area.
