Polygon recently had the pleasure of spending the day with 25 members of AJ Gallagher’s claims team, delivering two engaging and interactive sessions that highlighted our cutting-edge capabilities and industry expertise.

Nick Griffiths opened the day with a deep dive into Polygon’s wide-ranging service offerings. From property damage restoration to environmental monitoring, he emphasized our fully integrated, end-to-end solutions designed to support insurers and clients every step of the way.

🔹 Unpacking Leak Detection with Advanced Tech


Following the introduction, Bob Smith and Matthew Biddle led an in-depth session on our leak detection capabilities. Attendees got an up-close look at the tools and techniques that set Polygon apart, including:

  • Thermal imaging cameras

  • Endoscopes

  • CAT & Genny scanners

  • Moisture measurement instruments

  • Acoustic profiling tools

  • Dye testing methods

  • Correlation equipment

  • Electronic roof scanning technology
