Polygon UK Hosts Successful Insurance Open Day

Polygon UK was delighted to welcome a group of insurance professionals to our headquarters for our first Open Day of 2026. The event provided a unique opportunity for partners to go behind the scenes, witnessing first-hand the scale of our operations and the collaborative culture.

Guests were given an all-access look at how our teams work in unison to handle complex claims and restoration projects.

A Culture of Collaboration

Scott Woodward, Head of Loss Adjuster Development and host for the day, reflected on the positive energy of the event:

"Thank you to everyone who supported and contributed to making the day such a success. One insurer commented on how impressive it was to see a full floor of people working together, which really reflected the scale and collaboration across the business. Events like this allow us to showcase our excellent service lines, reinforce Polygon’s position as a partner of choice, and highlight business units that clients may not yet realise we can support."

Expert Insights and Innovation

A key highlight of the day was the series of technical presentations led by Polygon’s subject matter experts. These sessions allowed our guests to dive deep into the specific technologies and methodologies that drive our industry-leading results:

  • Document & Specialist Restoration: Kathryn Rodgers shared insights into the delicate process of recovering vital records and historical artefacts.
  • Supply Chain Services: Lisa Lacey discussed how our integrated purchasing and supply chain management ensures efficiency for our clients.
  • Water Damage Restoration: Neil Sidell provided a technical look at the latest stabilisation and drying techniques.
  • Leak Detection Solutions: Oliver Howes demonstrated the non-destructive technologies we use to pinpoint issues quickly and accurately.
  • Climate & Digital Solutions: James Bloom explored how remote monitoring and total climate control are transforming large-scale projects.
  • Smart Repair Solutions: Steve Lloyd and Dan Boyes showcased the art of fine finishing, proving that even significant surface damage can be restored to a "like-new" state.

Looking Ahead

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such an engaging atmosphere.

At Polygon, we believe that transparency and education are the foundations of a strong partnership. Based on the success of this event, we look forward to hosting many more partners throughout the year.
