POLYGON RETAINS GREEN COMPANY STATUS WITH ACHILLES

Polygon UK, the global expert in property damage control and temporary climate solutions, has announced that for the ninth consecutive year it has achieved Achilles accreditation. For a second successive year, Polygon has accomplished 100% scores and Green Company status. Very few companies achieve the coveted Green Status - the highest level awarded.

Achilles is a supply chain audit standard focused on providing intelligence on risk mitigation, sustainability and business performance. It is relied upon and utilised by safety critical industries and governments worldwide. Polygon achieved a remarkable 100% score after rigorous audit, across all four key sectors: health and safety; quality; environmental and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

“We are thrilled to have retained this incredible score and to continue being recognised as a Green Company. This achievement supports Polygon’s ‘Our Responsibility’ initiative which encompasses our duty of care, to safely deliver a quality output for our customers, with sustainability and corporate social responsibility at the forefront of our minds. The Polygon UK team has made this possible with their hard work and commitment all year round.” says Pat Neal, HR Director of Polygon UK.

The award gives Polygon UK increased opportunities to collaborate with specialist businesses around the country, develop innovation and address industry challenges to benefit supply chain practice.
