United Kingdom Sustainability Programme Coordinator

Location: Huntingdon, Castleford, Manchester, Newbury or Chasetown

Reports to: UK SHEQ Director

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Sustainability Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of our ESG and environmental targets across the UK. In this role, you will coordinate improvement plans, support operational teams and help drive measurable sustainability progress throughout the business. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple regions and functions, contributing directly to our long-term sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a day-to-day support on sustainability topics for UK teams
  • Coordinate and track sustainability and emissions reduction plans
  • Liaise with senior sponsors and management to progress ESG initiatives
  • Support customer-facing teams with sustainability communications
  • Build relationships with regional teams to improve performance and capability
  • Support or lead sustainability forums, communications and idea-sharing
  • Gather and report sustainability performance data for UK and Group submissions

About You

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management or a related field
  • Knowledge of emissions reporting and reduction planning
  • Up-to-date knowledge of sustainability best practice

Desirable:

  • Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
  • Training or facilitation experience
