POLYGON UK CROWNED CLAIMS TEAM OF THE YEAR AT BDMA AWARDS 2019

Last night Polygon UK, the European market leader in property damage control, was awarded Claims Team of the Year at the BDMA Awards 2019. 

Taking place following the BDMA Conference, the British Damage Management Association’s successful damage management industry event, Polygon UK was delighted to be crowned winners in front of industry leaders from the property insurance world.

The Claims Team of the Year Award recognises the company which has demonstrated its commitment to innovation, customer service and collaborative working throughout its claims process. Polygon UK has earnt this award by improving productivity, the customer journey and positively impacting staff retention over the past year. From introducing innovations such as Robotics and GPS tracking systems, to launching a robust surge plan and prioritising the importance of its Claims Philosophy, its’ Claims Team has been engaged in ensuring customer service levels and delivery standards are exceeded.

Polygon UK’s people have been key to delivering the best level of customer service and they have participated in a number of ways to help transform the experience of customers. For example, during 2018/19, three people within its Claims Team passed the BDMA Claims Practitioner certificate developing further technical skills, with several more due to begin their training soon.

Polygon UK was also runner up within 3 other BDMA Awards 2019 categories: Commercial Damage Management Project of the Year, Partnership Project of the Year and Sustainability Initiative of the Year.
