Polygon UK Hosts Training Day with Criterion Loss Adjusters

Last Friday, Polygon UK was delighted to host a specialist training session with Criterion Loss Adjusters at our facilities. The day focused on demonstrating our Hard Surface Repair solutions, showcasing how they can deliver value to both clients and the wider insurance industry.

Hands-On Learning and Collaboration

The session gave Criterion team members the opportunity to see first-hand how Polygon’s Hard Surface Repair services work, while also taking part in practical demonstrations themselves.

Scott Woodward, Head of Loss Adjuster Development at Polygon UK, shared his thoughts on the day:

“It was great showing Criterion Loss Adjusters our Hard Surface Repair solutions, as they align perfectly with their client demographic and offer tremendous value — from cost savings to reducing landfill waste.

The Criterion team were fantastic. They asked lots of insightful questions about Hard Surface Repairs and took part in hands-on demos. We finished the day with some great conversations about future opportunities to work together on claims.”

Scott also extended his thanks to Steve Lloyd and Claire McMullen for their presentations and support, which helped showcase Polygon’s One-Polygon future approach.

Building Stronger Partnerships

This event highlighted Polygon’s ongoing commitment to knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration with partners across the industry. By working together, we can deliver smarter solutions that benefit clients, policyholders, and the environment.

A big thank you to the Criterion team for joining us, we look forward to continuing to build on this partnership in the future.
