Teams Gain Access to Bupa’s New Women’s Health Hub

Polygon colleagues are accessing a range of digital resources on women’s health topics including menopause thanks to a new service launched by Bupa.

The healthcare company, which is part of Polygon’s Employee Assistance Programme, has launched its Women’s Health Hub to give employees, colleagues and managers within organisations a better understanding of women’s health conditions, and to provide support for anyone affected.

The initial focus for the Women’s Health Hub is menopause. Bupa says it aims to help normalise conversations around the subject while offering support to those struggling with symptoms. Research suggests that up to a quarter of women consider leaving their jobs due to a combination of severe symptoms and lack of workplace support.

Menopause resources on the Women’s Health Hub include a guide for managers, videos of women sharing their personal experiences, and Bupa experts providing key information and advice.

Bupa says content will be continuously added over time, with resources to support with endometriosis coming next.
