Rebuilding Italica Following Office Fire Damage

Italica, based just outside Newcastle, is a business rooted in Italian heritage, importing high-quality food and drink products including pasta, cheeses, speciality meats, wines, and liqueurs. In November 2021, a fire broke out at Italica’s premises on the Chainbridge Road Industrial Estate, affecting both the ground and first-floor offices. The incident caused significant damage to the building and its contents, leaving the company unsure of the full impact and how to begin recovery.

Rising above the Cheshire landscape, Peckforton Castle is the last remaining medieval-style castle still intact in the UK. Built in the early 19th Century, the spectacular Grade 1 listed building has been used as a film and TV set for Robin Hood and episodes of Dr Who. Converted to an exclusive country house hotel in 1988 with 48 bedrooms, event and conference facilities, and on-site falconry, it is one of the most sought-after luxury wedding venues in the UK.

The Royal Albert Hall is one of England’s most distinctive and treasured landmarks. Situated in London, the venue hosts more than 350 events a year, from music concerts and banquets to ballet and award ceremonies. Twelve days before the MOBO (music of black origin) Awards were due to be hosted, a fire broke out in one of the venue’s bars.
